CONSORCIO AMBIENTAL, S.C., A 100% Mexican company was established in 1996 by a group of specialists in Environmental Engineering and Mechanics. The objectives of the company are consultancy in environmental control and industrial security and hygiene for national and foreign companies, mainly in the northern border zone of Baja California and Sonora.

The company is Directed by the Oceanographer Cesar Augusto Sandoval Gonzalez, who worked from 1990 to 1992 with the SECRETARY OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND ECOLOGY of the state of Baja California. He was in charge of prevention and control of environmental pollution. In 1992 he had the opportunity of serving as Subdelegate to Procuraduria Federal of Environmental Protection. He remained in that post until April of 1996. In that post he was in charge of environmental inspections audits and administrative procedures.
